This didn’t keep very well but it was really good the first day. I got this idea from Rachel. She was making something like this and I wanted to try to figure it out at home. I don’t have the exact recipe b/c it was eyeballed. I used a cookie based tart shell that I froze into the tin. I made frangipan, custard and cut up figs. Frangipan on bottom custard on top and figs to top it all. Num!
>I just realized that it sounded like I served it frozen! NO (see golden brown shell), It was baked off with filling frozen shell and all. phew!
